Meet Senior Designer Tom Katers

ISG Senior Designer, Tom Katers, loves solving the design challenges of the job and building relationships with clients and municipal reviewers. With strong roots in Brown County, Tom loves bettering his community-whether on the job at ISG, volunteering to review 140 page documents as a City of Bellevue Trustee, or kicking a soccer ball around with the team he coaches. If that sounds busy, he also has three active teenage boys and two dogs. But don’t worry- he’s able to recharge in the outdoors by camping, golfing, hunting, or just working in the yard. Inspiration, community service, employee ownership – let’s connect with Tom!

Meet Director of Production Operations Randy Potter

ISG Employee Owner and Director of Production Operations, Randy Potter, is a frequent and friendly communicator, coordinator, and problem-solver at work. That is not the case at volleyball however, where his spikes rain on opponents. When he’s not in the office or on the court, the Certified Revit Professional and ESOP Committee Chair can be found wearing multiple hats. Randy proudly sports the “dad” badge with his two kids (number three on the way!), fishing, or cheering on a Minnesota sports team. Let’s check out what “sets” him apart from the status quo.
